What do you mean by Credit History?

When you login to your Whistle account and click on the Settings icon on top right, you will be able to access the Credit History tab.

The Credit History displays the amount spent on Campaigns.

The User Email-Id belongs to the Main Account holder.

Date Time – The Date and Time the Campaign was created.

Type – Due to technical reasons, if the campaign was a success, the credit deducted or if the campaign failed, the credit reverted will be reflected here.

Amount – The balance amount will be displayed.

Credited By – The Main Account holder

Credited To – To the user(s) if added by the Main Account holder

Volume - It is the total number of SMSs received by Non DND users.

Campaign Name - The name given by the main account holder while creating the campaign
